We are proud to announce that our company has successfully obtained the ISO 9001 international quality management system certification, demonstrating that our production standards in the adult products industry have met international benchmarks. From raw material selection to finished product delivery, we implement a full-chain quality control system: selecting medical-grade silicone, food-grade ABS resin and other safe materials, all of which have passed SGS toxicity testing. The production process is carried out in a 100,000-class dust-free workshop, combined with automated injection molding equipment and UV sterilization technology to ensure products are formed in a sterile environment. Each process is equipped with dual quality inspection of AI visual detection and manual inspection, covering material density testing, functional durability testing and PH value balance detection to eliminate defects such as burrs and cracks. Before leaving the factory, finished products must pass 72-hour simulated use testing and packaging tightness inspection, and are sealed with triple-layer privacy packaging to ensure complete confidentiality of product information during transportation.

The following is a snapshot of our production workshop: beside the standardized assembly line, quality inspectors in sterile suits are measuring product errors with precision instruments, the intelligent warehousing system automatically sorts qualified products, and the electronic screen on the wall updates quality data of each process in real time – this is not only a commitment to quality, but also a deep guardianship of users' health and privacy.
